"I applied paid my fee and made an appointment for Feb 1st @ 10:30 am to provide documents needed. I had confirmed by email with Benjamin the property Mgr. I arrived on time went to 929 W Colonial Orlando the actual property. He saw me thru the glass door and pointed to the sign that said CLOSED He could hear me but he didn't respond very rude!!. I kept saying I have an appointment and he would totally ignore me!I drove 10 miles there for nothing. I called left message he called back said he was busy at the time! It was very disappointing the place looked dirty & old kind of scary! I would never live there anyway! Run down, it looks abandoned! Don't waste your time! I can't imagine ever living there OMG! I got in contact with my bank I want my fee back because service was never rendered...I'll fight it to the very end. Unprofessional people! I'm disgusted. Embarrassed I was for even stepping foot on that property with my son...Oh well live and learn!!! Thank you Benjamin!!!! ."
