"I resided here for 7 months and was truly impressed by its beauty and cleanliness. Should you require any help with the apartment, the response is swift. The common areas are cozy, and the apartments come with excellent amenities. However, one drawback is the internet connectivity. My phone lacked signal ( I have T-Mobile), necessitating reliance on Wi-Fi. Moreover, you're limited to their chosen provider, Summit, which can be inconsistent at times."

"My husband and I relocated to Orlando for his job and I had a good look around at apartments. Landon House is hands down the best location. The pool area and facilities look like a Hollywood movie set. Having a swim in the heated pool is luxury at its finest. All the facilities are top shelf. It is a beautiful location and the members of staff keep it looking fantastic. Always clean and looked after. Front of house office staff are always friendly and keen to assist; I feel I have been treated like family. Any maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and proficiently. There are many Landon House sponsored activities and social invitations like Macaroni Monday, Taco Tuedsay and tasty food trucks. Ginger and Ken are perfect embassadors for the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Landon House. Walking distance is the Lake Nona town center with several choices of dining and entertainment. Living at Landon House is a lifestyle and I love it there. It is my pleasure to give it, and all of its staff, my highest recommendation."
