"Constant false fire alarms. Several times a month the fire alarm will go off and it’ll be a false scare. My boyfriend and I just ignore the alarms now and don’t leave our unit when they go off because they’re so frequent. Hope it is not a real alarm one day… Today they’re testing the fire alarm system in each unit. Which has meant every single minute since 9:30am the fire alarm has gone off. This does not mean an alarm in the hallway..the fire alarm beeping and announcement comes out of the several speakers that are inside of your unit… So this has been occurring for over an Hour…There is no peace in this building… Don’t live here if you have anxiety for emergency situations…or if you would be frustrated to leave your unit and stand outside because of a false alarm at least 3x a month…booo xoxox"

"I’m a new tenant at Platform. I just completed my first month as a tenant. The leasing staff Orlando, Jorge and Janet have been exceptional from day one. They are kind, willing to help and most importantly very professional They really go out of their way to help you transition smoothly into your new space and the maintenance crew are on point. They came in and double checked that everything was working. Thank you Ale and the other two gentlemen who are always with him. Your professional and work ethic doesn’t go unnoticed. Richard the security guard has made me and my children feel at home and secure since day one. Ive noticed he is always making sure we are safe in our surroundings areas and is always smiling a greeting other tenants. Gaby and the rest of the office employees which I don’t know all of their names are always smiling and willing to help. I have only one complaint, has nothing to do with the staff. I do want to point out, those of us in this building that have pets, please know that our pets are family to us, quit complaining when a dog barks for a few minute when their loved ones get home, it’s a natural reaction. They are settling in to their new space as well. The point is they are animals who miss us after a long day of work! Stop being petty and running to management to complain and cause trouble. Be kind…we deserve to be here just as much as you do."

"My partner and I are beyond excited to become the newest tenants at this property! I'll begin by expressing what a great experience we had with Jorge, our leasing consultant, who was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we explored and asked questions. The quality and thoughtful details throughout the building are top-notch. Security cameras are everywhere and you cannot get anywhere you're not supposed to without the correct fob. Aldi and Starbucks are great to have right downstairs but so are Milam's and Trader Joe's which are across the street and 1/4 mile away. The other thing we really appreciate, compared to all the neighboring properties we saw, is the all-in-one pricing - no trash fee, amenities fee, parking fee, this fee, that fee. Just your monthly rent which includes everything! Lastly, the price can't be beat when you figure in the lack of those add-on fees AND cost per square foot. Bigger than others we saw for less. Again, we're VERY happy!"

"Employees are 5 star. Apartment is really good. But!!!! Credit agency Yard or how ever they are called declined me, with such a not good information. I dont know where did they find that information. They told me you can dispute fake information with agency, I call them and try then I realize this guys don’t have Idea what they talking about..My advice is to skip this building and don’t waste your time and money. In another building I was approved in 2 hours with no problem!"

"My girlfriend and I toured this apartment complex recently. Amazing place with tons of great amenities! The pool was stunning and the best apartment gym we saw while looking for our place! The leasing office was amazing as well! Very friendly and kind! Would definitely recommend looking at this place if moving to the Miami area!"
