"Zero star if they have choice , disrespectful management first of all , horrible maintenance, laundry have issue, gate never worked ,customers service never resolve the problems. More importantly, insecure, always have random people came knock at the door late night . Good for crash pad or someone’s who temporary .This place need a whole renovation and better team."

"Stayed here for a night ! Fantastic ! Owner picked me up from the airport and dropped me at the place. I stayed in the dorms, first impression fantastic, the place was very clean and organized ! Exceptional! I will definitely stay here again and I definitely will recommend this accommodation !"

"Unit maintenance upon request non existent. Multiple requests over MONTHS time never addressed. Burnt out lights in hallways and stairwells never repaired. Rear door in fitness room broken, open to public, and never repaired - at least not while I've been here over past year. In-op elevator in one building went un-repaired for three weeks at one point. Rooms near canal very noisy on weekends with watercraft and transiting trains. (Toot toot). Rooms facing and near pool very noisy with people carrying on with loud boisterous conversations. Recommend rooms facing lot and further away from canal and pool. Positive: Hallway floors waxed and clean. Grounds generally kept maintained. Decent pool and fitness room. Good van shuttle service to MIA."
