"The quality of uclub has gone downhill tremendously the last two years. Maintenance hardly comes when you put in requests and if they do come it is weeks later. The amenities never work: hot tub at phase two is always broken and gym equipment is broken as well. The staff are for the most part rude and do not care to answer any questions or follow up on anything they said they would follow up on. Uclub lost a package of mine very recently and I was told by three people that they would follow up with me and I never received a call back from any of them (I am still waiting to hear back). Also, my unit had standing water throughout the first floor for over 24 hours before anyone in uclub was able to help (and that was after multiple phone calls, service requests, and a visit to the front office). And reviews are at 4.5 stars because student staff has their friends flood the reviews with positive messages. I am very displeased with how low quality management at uclub has become."

"This apartment complex is nice but the management is terrible. We lived there for two years and got charged $475 for a few pieces of carpet ripped up and another $475 for our couch which was damaged due to the cheap leather, while saying it was our fault. The couch had the same damage when we moved in and they only replaced two pieces, which were in great condition when we moved out but the rest were damaged with the leather coming off because it’s such a cheap couch. Definitely would not live there again especially now that the rates went from $734 when we lived there to now $999"
