"My experience at Londontown was great! The complex is in a great location and stays relatively quiet throughout the day and night. The office staff are always very responsive and incredibly nice. Any concern that I had was taken care of promptly. Maintenance requests for me were usually resolved within 24 hours too. "When looking for apartments in Tallahassee, Londontown stood out as the obvious best choice for me. I lived at Londontown for just about 4 years (I lived in both a 1x1 and a 2x2 during my time there) and absolutely loved it. Everything is well-maintained - there are two nice pools, two tennis courts (one of them is usually occupied by a very kind tennis teacher who gives lessons), a small but functional cardio room, and a clean laundry facility for residents who do not have a washer & dryer. Kay at the office is always responsive and the maintenance guys are absolutely amazing. I cannot overstate how important it is to have management and maintenance that will respond in a very short delay and fix whatever goes wrong in your unit. Most residents tend to be families, retired couples, young professionals, and graduate students, which is fantastic if you want to stay away from the undergraduate college party scene. The location is fantastic and safe as well. There are nearby parks, groceries (Publix and Whole Foods), and restaurants. Midtown is only a 10 minute walk away (or 2-3 minute drive if you prefer). Overall, my experience at Londontown was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Tallahassee."
