"When I first moved in here, there were a dozen things wrong with this place. I put in a work order for my washer and dryer to be fixed. They sent me an email saying that my work order was complete. When i went to use my washer and dryer, it still wasn't working."

"My apartment burned down, killing my cats and destroying everything I owned. This apartment ruined my life and the staff made it so much worse by how they treated me after the fire. Moving here was the biggest mistake of my life and I will regret it until the day I die. They will destroy you and kick you while you are down. All of these units have fire hazards that they will not fix and I urge everyone to move out as soon as you can if you currently live here. If you don't currently live here, save yourself (and your pets lives) and do not consider living here."

"Do Not Move Here! Front Office is unfamiliar with property and don’t have answers to your questions. Due to unforeseen circumstances (family members passing away & high-risk pregnancy) I had to request an early termination of my lease the day after move-in (3 days after signed lease). I wasn’t able to move in due to that. They didn’t charge me an early term. fee but did not want to give me a refund of the $800 plus I paid for deposit and early move-in fee. There was no compassion from them on what I was going through. The apartment I was supposed to move-in was a premium unit (everything renovated/new appliances). You have to pay app. fee, deposit and wait until move-in date before you’re able to actually see the unit you’re moving into. You can only see a model unit which is not an accurate replica of the actual unit you’re applying for to move into. I’ve asked many times if k can see the unit I’m paying for but I have to pay $300 deposit and wait until the day I can move in to see it. Only thing nice was the small kitchen other than that it was horribly renovated. Smudges all on the wall, large wasp nests outside, holes in the ceiling, W/D wasn’t installed by the time I was supposed to move in, floors unleveled, etc. Tenants already living there tried to warn me about bad management and how they don’t like to repair anything but I went ahead and signed anyway. Before signing the lease, I asked if they were going to fix the changes above. Front office told me it will be fixed before move-in. It was not. I hate to say to, but my family unexpectedly passing away was a blessing in disguise and an eye opener. I am currently homeless and dealing with the loss of my relatives all awhile being extremely pregnant. I really need a refund of what I paid. I didn’t move in and they’re keeping my money. I tried calling their 2 telephone numbers on their website and both are disconnected. SHADY Business!!"
