Bradford Oaks Apartments

"The manager, Mahogany, did not understand what was meant when asked if an inspection had been done on the apartment that was to be moved into. This was several days after the original move-in date had been delayed for unexplained reasons. This manager was very unprofessional and never made eye contact during our conversations; she just stared at her computer screen in her office. Bizarre interaction and does not instill any faith or confidence in this complex or its management. Hopefully they can improve. Edit: they asked me to email them at [email] in their response. Literally at [email], they did not give their email, they just wrote [email]. Sadly it is obvious they don't really want to improve. Facilities are broken for months in apartments without being fixed despite multiple work orders and requests that had been acknowledged in person by Mahogany and other managament personnel. Very unfortunate situation. Would not recommend moving here."

"This is my first year living at Bradford Oaks and it has been awesome! That staff is friendly and the rooms are a big size. My dog enjoys walking around the area, and it is a short walk to FSU from here, or to the bus stop. The parking is free and they do not tow which is awesome for when a friend or family member comes to visit. They also have a few community events which are a good way to get engaged with your neighbors. Overall a great place to live at a great price!"

"Great experience. The property manager is the most honest and humane property manager that I have had. He’s not one of the ones that will sell you a dream just to get a lease signed. With staying in the community there’s events like twice a month. Also, the work orders gets done the next day no time waited. It’s a very good and affordable place for college students."

The property manager George is also incredibly helpful with any/all questions. Congrats on being number #1! The price also cannot be beat. Today, Bradford Oaks is hosting a cookout for residents and it has been a great opportunity to get to know George and the rest of the staff. This is a great affordable housing option for students!
