"Management is the worst, they'd rather paint over mold than take care of anything. Wouldn't recommend living here unless you enjoy paying top dollar for third world living. This place is also not handicap accessible, walkways flood constantly and as someone who uses a walker due to an extreme spinal injury, makes it hard to justify that merit alone, but along with the black mold, fungus problems, terrible management, lazy maintenance people who don't actually do anything unless you constantly remind them that it is literally their job, and the fact that they renew someone's lease, which the tenant vandalized my property and is a known issue, is just pathetic. Avoid at all costs."
