"First of all this place from the outside looks great the amenities but is all like a fraud. The problems comes when you move in. Just a rain damaged the half of the apartments in the building . My girlfriend has been deal with so much in this supposed to be a Luxury condo! Well 4 days without water to start with and months with construction going on from Monday to Sunday which it’s impossible stay there! so if you work from home or you want to have a very relax day after work forget about it even without the construction noise you can hear what is going on even if someone is running in theirs apartment like a said very bad quality of material were used to build this ( Luxury building) . The hallways are disgusting btw and trust me when I’m saying this is just the beginning that building will continue causing problems forever . The worst part they know what is going on and people still paying the rent in full living like that if I’m were you I will do my research first"

"Worst building I been ever. From the lobby to the personal. They are very unprofessional, it’s like a joke. The building is nice but the people that work there are the worst. Worst experience. Don’t waste your time. The sales representatives are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Update: I had called many times to the number that they provided in this answer and never got an answer."

"Last week my tour for my client was cancelled the morning of with no notice. Called and they said they were cancelling “due to short notice”????? My clients asked to reschedule for the following Monday (today). All seemed fine. As soon as we get there… tours have been cancelled because “leasing agent isn’t there”…. No phone call, no email, no notice of cancellation. Just purely wasting people’s time. I’m a realtor who has worked with hundreds of leasing offices and I’ve never left a bad review. They've been unprofessional on multiple occasions and don’t seem to care or apologize when confronted."
