"I strongly don’t recommend living in their apt. I was fooled by their staff because they were trying to make me sign the renewal lease. Also, They stole the electricity when I was not there. It’s hard to connect to the staff here. Bad manners and irresponsible. You can definitely rent a better place at this price around this area."

"The noise levels of early morning construction/ remodels without notification is inconsiderate. The 7:30am lawn service is inconsiderate. Some tenants work late night and some work from home. Notification of construction to tenants would be great so that we can plan accordingly. Not have to receive rude awakenings from jackhammers and lawnmowers."

"My family and I have been living here for 10 years. My children are very comfortable with the school in the district, and we have our way of life here. We have always paid rent on time etc. All of a sudden we are being asked to leave, because they are going to be "renovating" our unit. Not sure what the real story is but we are looking for a new place to live, and will probably have to change our children's school. When we confronted the management about how upset we are, we received impatience and intolerance. A sad way to leave what has been our first family home for 10 years now."

"Have lived here over 2 years and couldn’t be happier! Location is great and the staff is amazing. Any problems you have with your apartment get taken care of immediately and safely. The maintenance staff is great at always taking care of the facilities as if it was their own home. Jessika the property manager does a great job at handling all the tenants and does holiday and charity events throughout the year. Great place to live!"
