"The office staff is horrible at handling questions. I called on behalf of my senior citizen mother to apply. The person named Maria answered the phone. I had called previously to inquire about how to apply for the apartments, and I was informed that I had to go through the homeless program in Miami Dade. However, when I visited their website, I couldn't find any information about it. I called back, and Maria was incredibly rude. She stated that she doesn't have the link and doesn't know how to obtain it. Offer no other suggestions and sounded like she wanted to get off the phone. I can only imagine how the day to day and maintenance of this building is managed if the staff doesn't care. Do not waste your time."
