"We've been living in Gables East for 4+ years. Maintenance does a stellar job with the upkeep of the building and keeping the surrounding areas clean. Management has always been communicative and responsive should we need anything. The neighborhood is generally quiet, many families and the close proximity to the Gables/Coconut Grove is a bonus."

"Maria Rosario the property manager is very unprofessional. Please do not move here, she is very unprofessional and disrespectful to tenants. The unit also had water damage and molding which she never took care of. She takes forever to respond and does not resolve any issue you have with the unit which was not my fault, she gave me the unit with so many issues.I was never evicted and left on my own will. She was terrible at managing the building.I left the apartment clean and how I was given the apartment. Maria is a liar. I even took videos and pictures."
