"Lived here for 5 and half years and moved only because of work 4 hours away, place is one of the best, if not the best in the area you want to have a relaxed life. Apartments are definitely not the most luxurious in the area but are compensated by the size of the apartments, amenities, concierge services and location. Not giving the 5 stars because the maintenance team has high rotation and it is a hit or miss with them, at least the crew that was there in October seemed to care about the place and residents, also, for some reason corporate has crippled the property managers decision making regarding maintenance and that doesn't make any sense as the PM is the one there day to day with the residents. Special mention to Jennifer (PM) and David (concierge). Last but not least, move-out process was more than smooth, had to change the date and they were very flexible with it and the settlement process was transparent with no junk fees or charges. Gables 37 left the bar so high we had a hard time finding a similar place in our new city. Great work guys! Best, Daniel and family"
