"DO NOT MOVE HERE! The building suffers from persistent cleanliness issues, exacerbated by a management team that fails to address concerns effectively. The office staff's demeanor is consistently rude, creating a negative atmosphere for residents seeking assistance or information. I have been living here for 3 years now and every time I’ve stepped foot in the office everyone is extremely rude with the exception of Alex which was the reason we renewed our last lease. Additionally, the parking situation is chaotic and poorly managed, causing inconvenience for residents. Once you reach out to the security that someone else is in the parking spot that you pay EXTRA for he tells you he can’t call the tow truck. There is NOTHING luxury about this building, only the price."

"This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. The property management team is unresponsive, rude, and simply do not care. Time after time, serious violations are reported such as extreme late night noise, verbal abuse, pet abuse, significant amount of pet feces in public spaces (daily), just to name a few. Each time these issues are brought up we are greeted with “it is what it is” and no action is taken. Everyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves."

"This is by far the worst place to live and the management is even worse. My family has been sharing concerns of noise coming from neighbors for months and they have done nothing. Police was called, security was alerted multiple times, and NOTHING. Every-time my family goes to talk to the office, the manager is “not there”. We are at the point where we are going to send a notice of breach, call news stations, and even contact the BBB because how negligent the property management has been. This is inhumane, and can’t get more than 2 hours a sleep a night."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I never normally write reviews but this place is the worst! The residents that live here are extremely loud and dirty. I have had an ongoing issue with very loud neighbors for months and have gone to management multiple times to try and get it resolved and they had done absolutely nothing about it. They disregard their residents, show absolutely no respect to us and do not help with anything. The people that live here all have pets and allow their dogs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the hallways and elevators. I have walked in the elevator multiple times and have walked into dog pee, and feces! Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"Monica was amazing! She was very patient with us. It was my son’s first time renting a place and she made everything very smooth. Gave us a tour of all the amenities and was very transparent explaining parking issues. She went above and beyond our expectations! She made sure we were 100% happy with the apartment selection. Customer service like this is rare to find these days. Thank you for going the extra mile."
