"Please read before considering moving to this place::: I lived in this apartment for 3 years. The first 2 years were perfect. Everyone was nice, and everything was clean. After the 2nd year there was a significant mold problem in not only my unit but multiple others. Ivy - the property manager - seemed disinterested and bothered every time I brought up this issue. Someone smashed my car window and ivy didn’t save the video cause she “didn’t think I needed it.” Your packages will get stolen straight from your doorstep. They get mad when you put a doorbell camera up for your safety. The gym is never open or able to be used, same with the pool. Everything about this place is terrible. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Ivy and her boss are unprofessional and don’t take any accountability for anything. Don’t even try calling corporate because they will hang up on you and run you in circles."
"The staff are amazing always so attentive! Thank you, we appreciate everything you all do! The property is quiet and very well maintained! :)"
"Theft is horrendous here. Please dont move here. Cars get broken into all the time. Management does nothing. You call the police and they done do anything either. Police says the apartment doesn’t want to upgrade their surveillance or hire any security."
"Since June 17th my husband and I made a report to the admin. office because my (locker on the front door) it's not function well. We have problems when we're gonna close the door everyday..we fear for our life and we want to prevent any robbery could happen..We make a request today one more time to the office administration. and we still waiting for they prompt reply and solution. ..DELAY IN RESPONDING TO THE REQUEST OF THE CLIENTS"
"Update - Post Move Out- Now that I've left the place, I want to explain how this place went from being worth 5 stars to being worth a lawsuit. The original staff and manager was great. Then they got replaced by a new manager who neglected all complaints and concerns, and proceeded to try nickel and diming tenants. This was supposed to be a restricted income, affordable community. It started around the $850's for our two bedroom, but by the end of the first year, our rent had already exceeded $1,000. Pressure washing used to occur once a month. Then it occurred once in a blue moon. When the batteries on the gym lock died, it took 3 MONTHS for them to replace it so tenants could have access to the gym again. When our smoke detector batteries died, it took half a year and was ONLY replaced just prior to a bank inspection. Both our unit and others have had to deal with faulty outlets, defective appliances, and a property manager whose work hours changed to an extremely inconvenient 8:30 to 4:30 schedule. Do not trust her and get EVERYTHING in writing. Our final day was a Sunday. So naturally, the office would be closed. We brought this issue up to her and she advised us we could just drop the keys off that Monday without any extra charge. It was only AFTER we received a portion of our deposit back that she deducted for that day, despite assuring us that it would not be a problem. However, this was the last straw... Today, we've come to find that our final statement was sent all over the place so that, by the time we actually received it, we can no longer dispute the charges. But I'm putting it out here now anyway. We got charged $50 EXTRA for leaving the place TOO CLEAN. Let me repeat that. We did such a good job of cleaning our old apartment once we moved out, THAT THEY DEDUCTED AN ADDITIONAL $50 FROM OUR DEPOSIT. Do not live here. Look anywhere else. Keys Crossing has come to represent the worst of renting in an apartment in Miami-Dade County. We will be seeking further action against them and their parent company. I'm sure we're not the only former tenants seeking to file complaints against them."
