"Easy check in Comfortable, clean and amazing showers....BUT that's not the best. I'm an idiot and hid my wallet under my mattress when we went to dinner obviously with all my cards but one and $1.5k cash... forgot my hidden wallet on checkout and didn't realize until in Miami. 2 hours after check out i got back to pick up my forgotten wallet with EVERYTHING still intact!! God's blessing is a reminder that not everything in this world has been lost The honesty and integrity of the staff is hands down unmeasureable... Thank you isn't enough.. stay real Hampton✌️"

"Jan 4 to Jan 5 2024. The following day I came downstairs to extend it another day at 7:30. The girl that was behind the desk said that she would take care of it and extend another day. At 11 o’clock in the morning the hotel manager called me and asked me if I was checking out and I said I already extended it for one more day see I am a chemo patient at Baptist Hospital. The manager said it wasn’t true. I told her to check the cameras and conveniently. She said it had no audio. He was very rude and obnoxious I would never recommend this hotel to anybody travel Ing that have to stay there if they’re having chemotherapy these people have no compassion they’re rude and uncompromising after She asked me three times. If I’m staying and each time I answered yes just give me the going rate the fourth time I was a little put out with her and I said ma’am do I stutter and she said to me I don’t have to take that from you and I’m not going to rent you a room and I want you to The hotel. I’m checking with my attorneys and see if there’s anything that I can do because this company I held in the highest regard. I was a VIP honours and this is the way she treats their guest stay far away from this place."

"Rooms were nice, although the TV was quite small (Gen Z needs, am I right?) There is a pool and gym as well. Breakfast is also good there were some options such as waffles, eggs, and sausage."

"Brian was awesome at the front desk! Lobby very inviting..halls very clean. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely stay here!"

"The Service at the beginning to the end was welcoming & wonderful. The rooms were very clean and so fresh. The hotel itself was so clean and quiet. Our breakfast was awesome. We will be returning to stay to visit family again. Thanks for a pleasant stay."
