Hilton Garden Inn Homestead

"Well, this was extremely disappointing. I will note that I did bring up these issues and did not really receive acknowledgement from the staff. I thought I selected the package that included breakfast. I did not- but the front desk was a bit rude informing of it. My mistake, not a big deal. However, the lights required you to put a key card in. They did not explain that to us prior to entering the room. That caused a lot of confusion and a few of our members locked themselves out of the rooms because the room key was required to turn the lights on. The bathroom doors also got stuck and temporarily trapped people, which is a huge safety issue. The room was also extraordinarily loud at night. For the price- extremely disappointing. The location was nice, the room was clean, but some of the safety issues greatly dampened the trip."

"Rooms are comfortable but make no mistake Hilton Garden is not up to Hilton standards. There was a mistake on our bill and we called- told manager would get back to us. We happened to be staying again a few nights later so asked about it. The manager eventually came out to say oh yes we took care of it but no one called to tell us this. More importantly no apologies. Usually Hilton is better than this"

"Very nice!!! I was pleasantly surprised and happy to see how Homestead has grown. Hilton was a great addition to the mix. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was very comfortable and pleasant and staff were courteous. We'll be back :)"

"This is the worst restaurant and service that I have ever had. The food is terrible. Everyone got their meals one at a time. We were there for 2.5 hours. Absolutely the worst. Our waitress had no knowledge of the menu or wine selections. This is appalling. The manager was actually accommodating and took off some of our food off our bill. I'm all about giving people a chance, but this is absurd. I would never stay here or eat here again."

"Stayed here for a week visiting family and it was an amazing stay front desk lady checking us in was the sweetest and so great to my family our entire stay. Front desk staff and workers were all great as well. Hotel and our room were exceptionally clean. Pool was so relaxing felt like paradise. Needless to say we had a great experience here and hope it stays that way for our future stays!!!"
