"I love to live here I've been living here for 8 years. The people that complain and give one star it's because they do not like to follow Rules. Those that have roach issue are because they don't keep unit clean. The staff is great, never had any issue because I treat everyone with respect."

"I living here since we moved from Hawaii. One of the Manager Denise, She always taking care of us who is consideration and beautiful hearted. If she is not here in this apartment as a manager, It could be quite bad property. She send report really quick and try to solve the problem as soon as possible. I have so much memories in here, Even though i move out here, I always remember her and the moment we had in this house. I really appreciate to Denise."

"Would give zero stars if I could. Any 5 star reviews are a sham because the leasing office offers discounts on your rent if you leave 4-5 star reviews. Don’t trust them. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Dirty outside areas around the complex. Roach invested. The leasing office tries but aren’t very helpful at all. Very little competency. Or they just don’t care. Maintenance is wonderful though. (Shout out to Harry) Neighbors are absolutely HORRENDOUS so be prepared to get little to no sleep. Kids screaming at all times of the day/night Police are present almost daily. Garbage areas are always packed or overflowing. People even leave trash around even if it’s empty. I was robbed twice and the neighbor in front of me was robbed by her own neighbor and I saw it on my doorbell camera. There was multiple robberies around the complex and they never even notified tenants of this; the police told us. If you can afford to go ANYWHERE ELSE; please do not rent here. It is not a safe or comfortable place to live."

"Fast, and reliable service from management. They're always there to help with any issues. They're also very kind and friendly. The area is very quiet and peaceful, with a feeling of safety. Pool and playground are clean and accessible. It's also a very convenient area, close to the Southland Mall and other surrounding areas, and also near public transportation. Highly recommend."
