"My mom lives there and she is very pleased to live there. The maintenance of the unit and grounds is consistent and thorough. Neighbors within the complex are friendly and look after one another. The only concern she has is if management is going to raise rents again in 2020. They raised rents this year by about 12%. That's tough on all with fixed incomes."

"Seem like they only give the apartments to Spanish ppl only they said it was not a lottery it was first come first serve then turn in application early which I did but because I don't have a Spanish name I was not picked to live there i was told I will be on a waiting list I think I was discrimanited. Cause I waited at 4am to get a application then they had row off seats and I was in second row and when they open to come on Wednesday I was there and then I was told I'm 136 I don't buy that I just had the wrong name .i didn't want to give you a star but it would not let me post I rate your company 0."
