"I recently moved into the community. The application process was easy. The process on move in day was easy. So far the place seems quiet. This 4 stars is actually 4.5 stars. They lost half a star because they don't give new appliances unless the current one is not working. My refrigerator is working but was left stained by the previous tenant. I'll see if i my review needs changing at the end of my lease.."

"I'm a bit annoyed with the complex wanting to increase the rent $340. On top of this allowing 2 weeks for a decision leaving no time to look for another place. That is more than a 5% increase and in looking at what is being offered for that amount elsewhere you get so much more. I love my apartment but the fact that there is a thought behind renewing a lease more than 20% is insane. Also as a tenant I do not understand why I would have to apply again to renew. So disappointed and let down!"

"Great place to live and enjoy the sunshine. Super helpful staff from day one. Everyone from the office, security to maintenance is always willing to help. It’s a small tight community with pleasurable amenities such as pool and gym."
