"Ok so I recently inquired about an apartment , I walked in to the leasing office and I was greeted after about 10 minutes as the worker was talking to the maintenance guy. Once she greeted me she was very polite and she gave me instructions to pre apply , ok fast forward I have the income to pre qualify but I just needed to provide a document so the First Lady said it was ok and when it was time to apply I could bring the document, fine that’s works . But then the office manager calls me and I explain the same to her , she spoke to me as if she had already preconceived my intentions , I felt like she was very passive aggressive as I was only stating that it takes time to get the document, she told me I have already told her two different amounts and that because of that I do not qualify (I did not ) , and I continue to tell her my income is from the government and that I can provide proof. She was not interested and it made me feel terrible because I was not given a chance to pre qualify even though I have all the qualifications. The office manager seems to be very bias and not helpful or engaging at all. I literally hung up the phone and wonder why are people in her position so mean . I really looked forward to renting here and I feel like if there was better management that I truly would have had a chance . I plan to reach out to someone higher .. but for now apply at your own risk just know if you look and sound a certain way you will be presumed to have fraudulent documents…it sucks because it seems like a nice place but they definitely don’t treat everyone the same … I think management needs to be retrained because how you treat people matters !"

"My opinion regarding this property, I can say that I have received a very professional, supportive, and kind treatment. including the communication between the neighbors, they are affable, and the unity between them predominates. On the other hand, the maintenance managers are very attentive in the services and problems arise as soon as you contact them. In general, I am very satisfied to integrate in this community."

"We just moved here 2 months ago, my husband, our 3 year old and me. It's a beautiful and quiet community. A lot of space inside of apartments and outside. Love the grass around, they maintain everything on a daily basis. For both manager and leasing lady I have only nice words, they helped us so much with paperwork and everything. Every month they are doing some kind of gathering for all of us here. Super friendly and I never felt so welcomed. I love and enjoy in our little piece of heaven."

The property manager is doing an excellent job.We have little to no crime because of Bert, he does an excellent job of watching over all of us and we are so grateful. The maintenance man goes above and beyond to help us when we have a problem. The secretary is completely reliable and the Porter is as reliable. They all do a wonderful job. We think this is a wonderful place to live and can’t wait to sign a lease for another year here."

"We love this place! We been living here for 3 years. This is my review since I love this place I said why not share it on Google and put up how I feel so people can know about this place. Management and her staff are very professional. It's so convenient and easy to pay your rent online, there's also an easy portal to submit a maintenance requests. Just before departing on vacation, I realized there was a small leak underneath my bathroom sink.I submit the maintenance request online and before you know it ,it was fixed. WOW he repaired everything so quickly. I came home from work to eat lunch and everything was done to my satisfaction.Also once a week or more if needed at 1:10pm when I arrive home for my lunchbreak the outside vendor comes and inspects and repairs the washing machines & dryers. I personally see him inspecting the washing machines and dryers. New washing machines and dryers will be installed May 21th 2018. The property manager is best and Raul is the best maintenance manager ever. I hope they both get raises. I even submit emails to the management office past business hours and she returns my e-mails. Pest Control comes once a month to our apartment its nice, neat and clean. We don't have any problems with our apartment, No Roaches!!! also they check our smoke detectors, but it's our responsibility to change the battery and we get free air filters for our A/C units BUT it's our responsibility to go to the office and get one once a month they are free. Wow as you can see from the pictures on the internet it's a beautiful place to live.This location is nice, clean and Quiet. Its very quiet for tenants who love quiet. We respect one another and look out for one another. Especially during Hurricane Season. Maintenance keeps up with everything.The parking lots are always nice and clean.We have plenty of parking Space. The Landscaping is beautiful & well-kept, it's always nice and clean. We have events at the leasing office for all the holidays food,cake & refreshments. Just like the pictures you see.I can't complain about this place I'm a happy tenant and glad to be here for the last 3 years."
