"Juan is the one I mostly speak to as he always listens and answers my questions professionally. The maintenance personals are great at what they do and they work quickly. I put 4 stars as recently the pool and playground as been close for a couple months due to permit issues so we are unable to use it but still pay for the amenity. I have kids and we depend on this alot. I have lived here for the past two years and its been a pleasant experience."

"My wife and I move into The Olivia Complex 1 year ago. We are very happy with this place, the people in the office are very nice, especially Audrey, she is a very professional and nice person and she will take care of all your needs, when something needs repair, they usually come to do the job , the same day or the next, landscape is well maintained, the place is very clean and safe, at least we feel that way when we go for a walk with our beloved Buddie, as far as noise is concerned, never had any problems with people making excessive noise , I work nights and sleep during the day, and sometimes I walk at night, and never had a problem, we are so happy here, that we decide to change into a bigger unit, planning to stay here for at least 3 more years. No problems with parking and the pool and clubhouse are really beautiful, barbecue next to the pool and the very well equipped gym with all the necessary equipment to do you exercise without having to live the community, close to US1 and the turnpike and less than 3 miles from my favorite places to eat and shop, we definitely recommend this community to anyone that needs to live in peace and in a nice community."

"I have been living here for 2 years now. This place is nice peaceful and quiet. I am very picky and very selective when it comes to where I live. When I search for a home I pay attention to the bathrooms the kitchen and the area. I do the same when I go on vacations as well lol. The landscaping is honestly well kept and maintained. Maintenance comes right away to assist with any small issues. The staff here are welcoming and helpful. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family and will continue doing so."

"I love the amenities and constant upgrades in the community. My fur baby couldn’t be happier with the sunsets And nice balconies. The Olivia takes pride in their tenants needs while creating an amazingly CLEAN atmosphere called you can call home. these spacious apartments allow you and your chosen fam to even artistically create, work, or just share time and space with your loved ones and friends. All the tenants I’ve met so far are so effortlessly nice! They even provide replacement air filters which shows care in the quality of air for all of us tenants. The list goes on… I’m grateful to have chosen the Olivia and hope others get a chance at finding a true GEM."

"I absolutely love this complex and living here has been great! The maintenance team has always been A1, prompt, professional, effective and friendly. The property and landscape is always clean and consistently maintained very well. The trash receptacles are emptied frequently, and there’s never any spilling over onto the property grounds. I’ve personally seen packages left on doorsteps for days untouched, and there’s never been a need to worry about theft, property damage or anyone breaking in. The amenities on the property grounds such as the playground, gym, pool and grilling areas are an added bonus, and handled fairly and professionally as well. They’re convenient and welcoming without the typical overcrowding and chaotic scenery you may expect to see in a typical shared community space. In addition, the office staff is amazing and has always been extremely helpful and personable. I can’t say enough about Audrey, she’s absolutely fantastic! Overall, this is a great and relatively quiet and peaceful place to live, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for all that I’ve mentioned."
