Clarita is a wonderful manager. We really like her personality. She's always helpful."

"My apartment was flooded because the apartment above pipes burst, that was not the issue. The issue was that I was never notified they didn't get the water up my neighbor texted me that her apartment under neath me was soaked. They come my door for everything except when there wrong. I lived for over ten years I been late with rent once because of the death of my mother. They sticker my car and only half way remove the green tags. I was told when first move in here that the owner stated to Management that I can't stand outside and talk to the neighbors because I make this place look like the projects. They also booted my sister car right she talk to Management and fill out paperwork to become a tenant. Management is in the habit of of telling you how to live the space you rent . I was told I could not have a welcome mat in front of my door to wipe my feet on because it blocks ergress. Which if you don't know men's the coming and going of people. All this nice things for the kids just start and is really nice but it not done for everyone. I was was also told that I could not get the new cabinets that everyone else until I get my apartment in the condition except I guess her standards. I came home one time to a maintenance guy in my apartment who told he could come in my apartment anytime wanted to then lied and stated he was not was he had infant left is drill in my apartment which I handed over to Management The rent is responsible , yes."

"Living at Villa Biscayne has been a wonderful and loving experience. I moved in 10 years ago and there is nothing that I can complain about. Neighbors are really friendly, and this is a quiet and family-oriented place where you would have no worries rising your children at. The office staff and maintenance guys are friendly, respectful and always with a smile in their face. My dream is to stay here for 10 more years or as long as the Lord allows me to. I love this place."
