"I have lived here for over a year. I am pleased with most I have interacted with. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue they have taken care of things in a timely manner. Everyone in the office I have interacted with has been kind and courteous and listened to any questions or concerns I have had. We are not a very social family when it comes to interacting with a lot of people in our past neighbors. But living here we have become great friends with our next door neighbor as well as the neighbors upstairs. I would recommend this place to everyone."

"My mom has lived here for 13 years and they have always been more than helpful when it comes to any kind of maintenance issues she has. She has a very spacious 2 bedroom 2 full bath apartment and has loved being there. Thanks to Melissa in the office for always taking such good care of her!"

"Originally I posted a bad review there is one office lady that is extremely rude, she still is. But other than that the rest of the staff is extremely nice, Matt in maintenance even went out of his way to help me give my vehicle a jump. Apartments are clean and well kept up. All the neighbors I've met make you feel right at home. The rent is great for the location and the utilities are extremely low."

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. Office manager is never available, to handle problems with the apartment. She will put you off until she thinks you owe money. I have lived in many complexes and never ever had a problem with pest. Lived my entire life and never even saw a roach in real life. Moved in here, had horrible loud dirty neighbors above and next door to me. When they both moved, within the same week, we started to have an infestation of roaches. Months later we are still dealing the issue. Do not move here!!!! I could go on and on about my families horrible experience with this complex."
