"Room and bathroom very clean and new. Floors are laminate no dirty old carpet. King room small, not a lot space to move around but bed comfortable Walls thin can hear people and noises. Very small fridge no microwave. Chair in room not comfortable to sit for long. Breakfast fine selection. Overall a nice stay very close to the keys which we enjoyed very much."

"I was skeptical of making a reservation at this location, but I'm so glad I did. The location is perfect for visiting the Everglades and Robert is Here Fruit Stand. Don't believe the low ratings - this is not a Ritz Carlton but it is a great stay for one or 2 nights. The room was clean, the breakfast was great (again, this is not a 5 star restaurant so don't expect it to be) and the bed and shower were great. Don't believe the low ratings - yes, there is no drawers to put your clothes but we didn't need them; yes, there is security watching the cars at night - I appreciate that safety; yes, the breakfast is the usual continental breakfast you expect but it was great and the staff was on top of cleaning the tables and stocking the food. Stay here and you won't regret it! If you want a clean place to stay with a great location to the NPS do it!"

"Due to mishandling of my son and myself, I ask that this reservation is canceled effective, the minute the manger stated he was going to cancel my reservation and give the lie, that I was in none compliance. I have been a member for ten year and the way I have been treated tonight will not go undocumented. Barnard, you and your manager feel you have no one to answer to but you’ll soon understand you do. The lobby, is the lobby to those who pay, us members who, spend money with in this establishment. And, pay towards your pay checks may I add. I will send the CEO an extensive letter. I will too contact the news, so that other can know how one could expect to get treated, these memberships are lies. Bernard, and said manager, Karma loves paying all things back. May my New Year be blessed, because I past the test, whereas, the test of humanity, you both have failed. And to put a minor asthmatic child in the rain; shame on the both of you. Then, to try to keep my money, is even more shameful on you. Bernard, to lie about the threat that was made by your manager to cancel my reservation, shows the area you are still a child. I now understand to difference between you and my other membership; they truly know that the customer is who matters… Each time I reserve, a smile is placed on my face by the staff, not the police and mere threats. Shame on you…. Choose Intellect"

"Everything is amazing at this hotel. Staff are beyond friendly and always willing to be helpful. The rooms are very nice and there were no problems at all during our stay. We actually asked for joining rooms and we had no problems getting exactly what we needed to fit our large family. Prices were great and lots of parking. We would definitely return here."
