"I been living here 5 years and I am grateful for my community. The staff is so helpful the maintenance man comes out past hours office hours for emergencies. I remember in my very first year here my daughter needed to print some symbols she found on Google for a project. She'd just used the last of the printer paper and my wife was out with the car. I send my daughter along with her sibling to the office to ask Ms Maria if she could spare any paper to help her with the project. To my surprise they return with the pages already printed and spare paper just in case we needed to print some more. River Oaks staff is the bomb.com and than some.."

"I lived here for almost 4 years and it was a very bad experience since the beginning because it was infested of roaches and it was horrible we spend a lot of money trying to make them go but it never worked 100% because the conducts to the other apartments are connected. They came very few times to put some poison for that but it was like nothing because they only put in the kitchen.. now that we left they are charging us $120 for that when it was like that since the beginning. In addition to this, they charge a lot for appliances that are not even worth that value anymore. Lack of professionalism especially with the manager Maria V.Rodriguez that was always overpowering and rude."

"I am past resident at Riveroaks in Florida city. Once I had a situation where I had to contact higher up their Corporate office with that toll free number that they give out. It a fake it is only a answering service agency. They have no corporate office it's all smoke and mirrors. They say they will call you back in 24 hours. It never happens. All fake and corrupt bad business practices. Shameful."
