"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Called a week prior to my reservation to verify the room and notify the hotel we would be a late check in for a reservation we made over six months ago. Get to the hotel at 2:30 AM only to be told they didn’t have our room. They had 2 rooms available, but were not willing to accommodate our family without us paying for an additional room. What a joke. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend."
