"I have family that live in one of these apartments and the neighbors keep leaving their dogs unattended and do not clean after they do their business in front of my grandmothers home. The neighbor states she “does not care and will continue to do it” and the office people have been notified but no actions have been done to fix this situation by the association."

"My mother lives there since 2019. Incredible service. Last week my mom's A/C broke, it was Monday night and Maintenance was there immediately after we called the emergency number. My mother started her renewal process and we went to the office today. Property Manager was incredibly helpfull and polite. I highly recommend this community"

"I emailed this property to inquire on a two bedroom apartment, I received an email stating it takes about 3-4 months in a waiting list to get an apartment , I called them to confirm and a lady that was rude over the phone said snobby "It takes 1-2 years " I said well if that's the case why was the Email that was sent to me given inaccurate information, She said "i dont know" and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. But reading these reviews maybe its best I dont try to apply here."

"The office staff are the worse.. i leave here My a/c unit been leaking for 2 weeks we call them send them emails even went to the office in personand they do nothing My dauger been sick for 4 days now with a fever cause humidity. My child is only 1 year old...this place is of the worse If you want privacy dont move here the get in to your apartment without your permition They also towed your visitors car at their spencive if anything goes wrong with your unit they take weeks if not month to fix plus you cant have bbq the pool is most of the time close and staff take 4 hour luch brakes"
