The Charleston

"We just moved into The Charleston and it has been the best decision ever! Not only is our apartment (doesn’t feel like an apartment at all!) stunning and with brand new appliances and a beautiful layout but, the community is the most spotless complex I have ever seen! The neighbors are incredible but what made our decision was the care and support we received from the office! Michael, you knew the bind we were in and you worked effortlessly to get us a quick approval and have been so incredible and supportive the entire time! We feel like we have not only a new home but a new friend! Your professionalism is something to be admired! Carolina, our sweet and dear Carolina! On moving day, we were welcomed with hugs, a gift and a smiling “WELCOME HOME!” Ben, taking the random time to show my almost 9 month pregnant self our new home, being patient, answering every single question with grace and understanding- what a relief you gave us! I cannot recommend this place enough! They have these reviews for a reason! They care about you!! We cannot wait to bring home our 2nd baby girl to this incredible, safe and spacious home!!"

"My husband went into the leasing office after trying several times to schedule an appointment to which was impossible bc no one answered our emails or phone calls. he spoke to a man named Ben who stated that there were several units available right now but none that he would allow us to tour (strange) he then stated the prices on the website were not accurate and would actually be higher than listed. (Which was not a problem seeing as how it was still cheaper than what we are currently paying) After my husband said the time frame we were looking for he said we’ll come back in 30 days with your wife and maybe we can show you something. Needless to say it is a big no from us and we also let all of our friends know who are looking for apartments how we were treated and how misleading their website is."

"I have lived at the Charleston for 3.5 years and it has by far been the best apartment I have ever lived in! The staff in the leasing office to the maintenance crew, everyone is wonderful! Keyana especially has worked with me and she goes out of her way to ensure I was happy and satisfied!"

The clubhouse is inviting spacious and clean and the overall facilities are excellent. I highly recommend the Charleston to any prospective renter."
