One of the biggest challenges has been the constant disturbance from road noises throughout the night, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the presence of homeless individuals sneaking into the stairwells at night adds to the feeling of insecurity and discomfort. Furthermore, the amenities promised by the complex have not lived up to expectations, and the overall maintenance of the property leaves much to be desired."
