Buying a home is one of the biggest investments that you are going to make. Paulette and Lisa has more excuses then anyone person can have. And addendums means nothing to the client it's more lies. Not only did it happen to me on one addendum but on 3. On change of dates why bother, it's just another stall, on repairs why have it and they won't get repairs or money owed completed.
