"This is place is beautiful and peaceful, no issues with vandalism and it’s well kept. My biggest issue is the office staff suck, from day 1 it was nothing but complications, lack of communication, inconsistent rules and regulations, threats of penalty without clear warning, indirect communication and unprofessional. The maintenance guy is awesome, but the office sucks."

"Residing here for three years, I feel compelled to share an honest review. The maintenance staff, responsible for the facilities and the pool, have been consistently great and friendly. However, I would STRONGLY advise against considering this place. The walls are remarkably thin, leading to a lack of privacy and you can also smell what your neighbor is having for dinner. Some units are VERY overcrowded, housing families of eight in a two-bedroom space. Regrettably, residing on the bottom floor has been an unfortunate experience due to paper-thin walls, frequent encounters with Palmetto bugs, and a poor drainage system that struggles during rainfall. The pool maintenance is irregular, and the hot tub has been out of order for three years. Additionally, the noise from announcements made by the nearby school is highly audible. If you don't work from home and spend minimal time here, it might suit your needs. However, I'd strongly recommend exploring other living options. Personally, I'm thrilled to be moving away from this place!!!! RUN do not walk"

"Do not move into this complex. Our vehicles are constantly getting broken into and the HOA refuses to do anything about it. They keep blowing smoke telling us that they will put up gates and cameras, but it's been two years. The guy that took over the at the HOA office literally said if they do any of that stuff it won't change anything. They're are absolutely useless. Don't leave in a complex that is ran by Miami Management."

"Don't move here unless you like your car being branded with heavy duty notice stickers that won't come off without expensive chemicals. We moved in two days ago and already received their warning notices semi-permanently affixed to both our car windows. A nice warning would have been to leave a notice in an envelope behind the wipers instead of a super adhesive letter size paper. Nice welcome party indeed. We were renting to test the community out before buying. We won't be buying to say the least and look forward to moving out as soon as possible."

"I have lived here for about 5 months so far. The gym is outdated and they have very few machines. The pool is ok but nothing amazing. Compared to other complexes, the amenities are lacking. The only thing I really like is the indoor racquet court. My apartment is privately owned so the management does not manage our apartment and doesn't handle any service calls, etc. So I cant give a review in regards to the management, though the ladies that work in the office seem very friendly. Luckily, I have never had an issue with theft of my car or apartment. My one major complaint when it comes to living here is that they have landscapers and guys with leafblowers come in the mornings at 8 am and its right outside the windows, ridiculously loud. The walls are thin and of course you can hear everything outside loud and clear. It wakes me up because my apartment window faces the parking lot, but you can hear it even if your apartment faces the lake because I have asked other people that live here. I have talked to the management but they are not willing to do anything about it. I understand that you need to maintain but it can be done later in the day. Even a couple hours later would be more reasonable. This really messes up my mornings. Besides that, there is ample guest parking for visitors and it's close to a few major highways so a convenient location for sure."
