"Staff are personable and ready to help you. Ms. Mona the assistant director is very knowledgeable about community. She attempt to make community pleasant for tenants. The only thing is that I wish the Welleby informs tenant of their amount of monthly rent and its due date by email. The amount that Welleby App shows is not include a due date of payment. Thanks"

"I want to take a moment to review my move in experience with Blanca. I was in the middle of selling my home and needed a short term rental while I buy and renovate my new home purchase. Welleby Lake Club offers 7 month leases which is what made me inquire in the first place. From the moment I walked in Blanca was super friendly and I could tell she enjoys her job. She was patient with me while I decided between 3 available units and she answered any questions I had. Blanca kept in touch by text, email, and calls over the next few days. I ended up signing the lease and had the keys a few days later. My unit has new flooring and I received brand new stainless steel appliances that still had the blue plastic and stickers on them so that was a nice surprise. The clubhouse and pool are modern and always kept clean with a lounge area, ping pong table, and pool table. There’s free coffee and water available for residents which is amazing for people like me who are daily coffee drinkers. The clubhouse has a business center so I was able to get rid of my home printer and save space on my desk. Alex and the maintenance team are also awesome! They show up within a day or 2 and service is completed quickly. The online resident portal lets you pay rent, connect with your neighbors who have similar interests, see what community events are happening, register guests vehicles, and submit maintenance requests. Overall I like the neighborhood and having the trail that leads to Welleby Park is great! It’s a really good location for families."

"Bianca was great when I applied she was punctual with everything which I appreciated. I was lucky to be moving into an update unit with stainless steel appliances, laminate flooring just overall modern which I wanted. My only complaints are the sewer price goes up every month almost making my rent $2500 a month which was not stated that the sewer price can fluctuate. First month it was $7 the last few months it’s been $36 almost $40. And maintenance like I love that they mow the grass keep everything nice but they literally mow the lawn every other day like literally. I woken up because you hear lawn mowers. I’m like didn’t they just mow the lawn yesterday. The gate never worked before or after I moved in. But whatever. I never had issues with my car being towed as it is registered and I have a sticker. But overall I pay my bills on time I have a lovely apartment just those few kinks they have to work out"

"The worst complex building i ever live. The rent is expensive. The car parking is a real big problem, your own car can be tow. They think you are living in a luxury apartment. Which is not. The service request takes 3 days to be processed."

"It looks nice from the outside....The gates don’t work and my vehicle was burglarized. All my wheels were taken and the vehicle was left on bricks. The total cost was $3,217 and this all occurred while I was visiting a friend. Needless to say I obviously won’t be reimbursed for my situation. The funny part is there a Police officers that live there. So much for safety and security. I recommend looking for a place with a gate that works to keep out vandals. This is a cautionary tale don’t take a chance. Update: The situation was not resolved and the gate will stay open indefinitely. Thankfully there are plenty of other places to live. I recommend you do your research and live somewhere that is safe. If they won’t fix the main gate that same service applies to your apartment. The residents of Welleby Lake Club deserve better and so do you."
