"There’s hardly any parking, rent price is ridiculous and you don’t get what you pay for. You guys got rid of the recycling station so that’s been a pain to navigate. People never pick up after their dogs. It doesn’t seem that safe either, there’s always some sort of police presence here once a week, the gates are always broken so make sure you lock your car. And the hallways smell of urine (I’m assuming that people let their dogs relieve themselves there). Maintenance requests never go through. Leasing office has poor communication. There’s maggots and flies everywhere on the third floor, it’s disgusting. I don’t know the experience of the other buildings. I moved here for work and was told this is one of the best apartments in the Doral area and unfortunately that’s not the case. I can’t wait till my lease ends."
