"honestly have loved my stay here so far however the constant issue with the elevators makes my stay unlivable and unbearable. being on a high floor is a nightmare when it’s supposed to be a luxury. you want the view but the burden of the non working elevator makes it miserable. the elevator never works and i mean never. we’re lucky we have one at a time. one elevator for 200 plus apartments. my review would be an easy 4 if they could get their priorities in order when it comes to the elevator. the elevator inspection expired two years ago. it’s not up to code."
"EDIT: The elevator issue has only gotten worse from my initial review. Currently as I write this there’s only two elevators operating and the one elevator is stuck on my floor. Won’t go up. Won’t go down. So I waited 25 minutes for the other elevator to arrive since I’m with my dog. I have added photos as you can see every button in the elevator is pushed and it won’t move. I took a video I wish I could upload. One working elevator for over 200 apartments. What a joke. I think it’s against code to only have one working elevator in an apartment this size. also the inspection sticker on the elevator is expired since 2022 I also took a picture of that. —————————————————————————- I have loved my stay here thus far — really minimal suggestions/complaints. The reoccurring issue this building has is the elevators constantly going down. When I moved in we had three now we have two and sometimes one of the two is down for an entire day. Leaving 20 floors of people with one elevator. Being that I’m on one of the highest floors getting down and up is nearly impossible. I’ve seen my neighbors take the steps all the way with their kids in hand and groceries!!! Troopers because I could never. I have two dogs and they would never be down for that haha. I’ve also seen people on move in day struggle for this reason. Leasing office requires all moving trucks to be at the loading dock but the elevator at the loading dock is out of service for the past 5 months. Leaving most new residence struggling to move. When I moved in it was a BREEZE. Service elevator definitely should come back. Other than that my stay has been super pleasant. Maintenance responds to requests within seconds and I mean SECONDS. I work from home and I have submitted a request and they have shown up within 20 minutes. That’s a huge plus in my opinion. Concierge workers are my favorites. They deserve their flowers because they’re awesome. They’re so helpful with literally anything and are so nice. Carolina Juicy Rachel and Steven are the ones that stand out to me the most. They’re awesome. The amenities offered really trump any of the small issues I’ve encountered. You have a gym a massage room a sauna private showers a movie theater a rooftop pool and so much more available to you at any time of the day. Not including the shops and restaurants/bars that are within walking distance. You also have an urgent care connected to the entrance of the building. The convenience makes it all worth it times ten Also one suggestion (not that I have any right lol) but like a mini market or a vending machine would be top tier for the girly pops who are craving a Diet Coke at 3am and don’t want to leave the safety of their apartment."
