Provident Grand Luxury Short Term Residences 5350 Northwest 84th Avenue, Doral, FL 33166

"My family and I recently stayed here for our Christmas vacation. We had a very good stay. The room was spacious, it felt like home away from home. Full kitchen with utensils etc. Publix is just downstairs, great!!! We would definitely return and also tell our friends and family. The overall experience was great. The only downside is the check in experience. I'm not quite sure if that's how it is anytime of the day or week, but when we arrived, we were checked in by the building staff, not the Provident Grand staff. Also, the young lady wasn't pleasant at all. It was like she wanted to just give us our key/FAB and get we from in front of her. "I don't work for Provident Grand"; they'll be back in office on Monday...sigh. After a long flight the last thing you want is to be greeted unprofessionally. I guess that's just how she is because during our stay we were greeted very well by the other building staff and Provident Grand staff. The Stay was GREAT, nonetheless."

"We have been living in these appartaments for 2 months. In general, they are good. We really like the view, great sunsets, thunderstorms can be observed from the balcony. The equipment is all new, good. There are no questions about the room. Thera are good children room in the building. But they are not worth the money. The air conditioner constantly breaks down, starts working only the next day.(twice a week). WiFi is turned off and does not work all day very often. Weed is smoked on balconies, but it can be everywhere. Cleaning works good, very clean, but once threw out my things (baby's new map, microfiber, bags, washcloth, bottles). You cant negotiate about the time of cleaning. Elevators don't work all the time. One broke, the second is always a long time to wait, because a lot of people waiting one elevator. The area is good, there is a playground in front of the apartments. There is good gym, parking under the roof is very convenient. In the evening, you can walk around the area. Apart from the constant breakdown of the air conditioner, WiFi and elevator, there would be excellent apparts. But with this in mind, they are very expensive."

"AMAZING HOSPITALITY & DETAILS!!! Most definitely an understatement. I’ve stayed in plenty luxury rentals but yet to experience what I did for my birthday at this location. They go way beyond anyone’s expectations. The first night I walked in I was surprised with a greeting and personalized room to certain things I enjoy in life. It’s in the details for me. Any minor issue like a for example needing another towel or cover sheet, they attended right away with quick timing. So for those of you that has dealt with that before you know how timing is everything to us. Thank you to Elisabeth, staff & Provident! for making this happen! UNFORGETTABLE MOMENT!"

"Elisabet and Maral did such a wonderful job welcoming us into the penthouse for my best friend's birthday. Staff was warm and inviting throughout our stay and the facilities are spotless. We like the provident grand because its so close to everything, food, shopping, major highways. Amenities were great. the apartment was luxurious. We felt like superstars."
