"Under new ownership as of 2024, this apartment complex has decreased in hospitality, care and empathy. In this economy while we are all trying to make ends meet the new owners do not care for anything but PROFIT. They are money hungry and don’t consider they have families living within their property. I recently had issues renewing my lease with them as they kept decreasing our opportunities to renew yearly/monthly. By the last day of notifying the office/owners they just kept raising the prices on rent. They offer you to move out beforehand and if you need to break your lease (even for uncontrollable situations) they charge you the rent “until another tenant moves in”. So inconsiderate. Besides that, the maintenance crew and two front desk ladies are sweet and caring and do their job accordingly."

"Overall not bad. Pretty quiet. People are respectful of Amazon packages. Need more security specifically with the gate. Anyone can come as they please."

"Not attentive. The office is always brushing you off. You could never get a hold of the manager Nicole the rent is just way too expensive. Aside from the additional parking service you have to pay for and when you need to get in contact with somebody nobody is there for you. Terrible customer service. Which has taken me back because I used to live here couple years back and it was not like this. My apartment was infested with roaches, and I had to get my own Fumigator to help me with the issue because all the maintenance office came to do was put stickers on the floor for the roaches to get stuck on."

"It is ridiculous the rent is being increased by $200 in 1 year. Everything is a hassle, especially with the people working in the office. The AC has broken down 3 times where we spend a weekend without any ac just a fan in 80-90 degree weather, the floor is peeling off. Every time they "fix" it, it starts to peel again in 2-3 days. Eventually you start tripping over and falling. Toilet has leaked since day 1. You put a request in, send pictures and maybe 3-6 months later they come to "fix" it. Their solution is charge you $300 and put you in a different apartment. Now having a 1 year old also forces you to have a 2 bedroom apartment therefore charging you even more for rent that you can barely afford. Horrible people run this place. How does $200 increase justify all the issues and horrible customer service from the office workers. How is it their solution is to charge you $300 and switch you to an apart which you definitely wouldn't be able to afford."

"-They exploit they’re own tenants through an outside tow agency online parking. They can’t even measure / Mark a regulation parking spot You are only allowed guest 14 days out of the month That’s right orange stickers and towing for residents and guest -Rude staff the most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered -unorganized -Disturbing sanitation as trash is left in bins right out side your unit also controlled by out side contractor who misses trash collection days regularly the halls remind me of slum dog millionaire If don’t don’t want to be harassed do yourselve a favor and pay the few extra bucks and go with a rebuttable apartment complex"
