Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the grounds are always well-maintained. Living here truly feels like a luxury experience. "We’ve lived here for a little under two years now and have loved it. The property is always well maintained and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We most recently had a small AC issue, to which Mike came in and took his time to troubleshoot and fix within the day. He then also checked in and made sure everything was working as expected the following day. You always see Mike around the property making sure everything is as it should be. Thank you again!"

"My husband and I moved into the community almost 2 1/2 years ago. The maintenance team, Patrick and Jared are awesome. We’ve never had an issue besides the elevator in our building acting a little funky. However, that was fixed upon alerting the office. I feel safe in the community. I enjoy the pool and really like that they have multiple events monthly for their residents. I do want to make a special mention of Patrick. He’s super approachable and alwaysssss willing to help you out if you have any concerns or questions, etc. The location is very convenient as well. You’re literally right off sawgrass expressway and close to the turnpike. I’d recommend living here."
