"I notice everyone that leaves a negative comment you guys always say that y’all have no record of them living here well your gonna say the same about me of course this is not my name but yes everything negative they said is true not to mention they went up on our rent 300 dollars every year we have been here stating they don’t know if our rent will increase until we let them know if we are renewing our lease well it’s against the law and you won’t get us this year.yes the they send out notices of things not to do but don’t follow up this place is a joke kids play in the parking lots next to cars and parents allow them people pay to much for cars for kids to damage them trash pick up supposed to be valet joke they drag garbage so of course the porch is stained with garbage and they clean it when it’s convenient for them they don’t care about nothing but getting money so yes those negative comments are all true it’s 11:00 pm on a Sunday night trash still not picked up would not recommend any one to live here how do I get these pictures if I don’t live here"

"Look the apartment was good at first BUT NOW THERES ANTS EVERYTHING PLEASE FIX THE FLOORING AND THE HOLES THATS WHERE THE ANTS ARE COMING FROM AND in the bathroom it’s not painted well AND THE RENT ALWAYS INCREASES"

"Currently live here and everything was okay for a couple of months. However, it is too expensive here to have ants and roaches . We have reached out many times to get issues resolved and no one has reached back out. Too much work to try and go any further. Will definitely have to consider renewing."

"My husband and I moved in last December, and we love it here! The space of the apartment, the value of what we are paying and the nearby walking trails make it worth it. I also love the fact it is fairly close to the palmetto & close to a lot of restaurants (many options). The pros do outweigh the cons to me. The only cons I can think of is 1. Valet trash doesn't get picked up as often as you think. 2. You also have to make sure you follow up a things in the office. Like service requests: Don't bother submitting it online, call it in or send an email to everyone in the office. Also if you have a convo with someone in the office and they say they will get back to you (still waiting to hear back regarding a high water bill for more than 2 months now), they will more than likely forget. 3. Oncall doesn't follow up on violations. The amount of cars that are double parked or has 3 stickers & still hasn't been towed is the norm."

"From the outside this place looks great but living here is not all it's chalked up to be. Bicycles stolen from people's front door, people parking in front of no parking signs at night blocking your car and nothing gets done about it. Not to mention the people who use the pool at midnight (which is not allowed) and make noise and no one stops them. Then there is the gym that is open till 11pm but people still use it past the time and guess what, nothing happens to them. Security here is a joke. It's kinda ridiculous because they have all these rules here and don't even enforce them. Will not renewing my lease here and wouldn't recommend anyone to move here."
