"This review will seem rather strange for having a high score, but I can assure you I am rating it 5 Stars. Unfortunately an oversight on my end for application lead me to be unable to rent here. That being said I had the opportunity to see the property and work with the staff. They are quite nice and prompt in their service and the property itself is very nice, even while under construction in parts. Taylor and team are wonderful. Again, it was an oversight on my part that caused me to be unable to lease with them, but they were helpful and resourceful the whole way through as if I was a long term resident. I believe anyone who is looking to move into a complex will find this place to be ideal."
"My experience with Springs at Daniels Parkway, thus far, has been excellent. The staff is very attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Big shoutout to Taylor and Chris who are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartments, the amenities are wonderful, the pool area is a great place to relax and unwind and I use the gym several times a week. It’s an outstanding place in a very convenient location. Overall extremely happy."
"Taylor and Chris in the management office did a spectacular job of helping me become a resident at Springs at Daniels Parkway. They were extremely helpful explaining the details of the amenities and all of the features offered at the complex. "Set up a tour for 3:30pm and when I arrived the office was closed. Called Miakayla and she did not answer and did not receive a call back. I emailed following up the confirmation email they sent me regarding the tour and they replied that they were touring at their sister location ( which I was parked outside of) and they could reschedule my tour for tomorrow. I told her I did not wish to tour tomorrow seeing that I scheduled for today and was even early to the appointment and I was at the sister location. She emailed me back saying that she would try and find out where the staff was, twenty minutes later there was no follow up to attempt to rectify the situation. Overall the process was very unorganized and if they can’t properly set up an appointment then imagine living there and needing their maintenance services. You’d probably wait a month before anything’s ever repaired."
