"We are coming up on our 1 year mark of living here and we absolutely love it. You really cannot beat this location, it's incredible! The apartment was absolutely spotless and looked newly renovated when we moved in. We are in a 2 BD 1 BA and it is the perfect size for us. The super high ceilings make it feel so light & spacious and the screened in patio is one of my (and my dog's) favorite spots. The office staff (especially Kelsie & Amburr) and maintenance have always been above and beyond exceptional in any interaction or requests we've had. We use the dog park and pool all the time and have met other friendly residents there as well. Both are very well maintained and never crowded when we go which we love. Our previous apartment did offer valet trash which I do miss here, but the trash compactor and recycling area on site are not far from our building so it's not a big deal at all. Overall, we have nothing but great things to say about living here and look forward to renewing our lease."
"Recently signed a leasing agreement with a friend of mine. The people in the leasing office are fast, thorough and respectful. Process is mostly online and they are happy to answer questions. Overall I am happy with the experience and the living facility. Hope the renters market is more affordable in the future."
"So happy with our move. Chelsea was soo organized, helpful, and friendly. I had a lot of questions and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed in a very timely manner. Enjoyed the time chatting with her!! Neighbors all seem friendly and everyone seems to love dogs as well. Yay!! Apartment was well maintained and clean. Very pleased with our new home!! If looking for a place ask for Chelsea, she's outstanding!!"
