"This place is awful. I had water damage and mold for over 7 months. The AC was broken and flooded my apartment multiple times. Each time they would come to fix it, and all they would do was put down a fan to dry the carpets. They taped a piece of drywall, Spackled the ceiling, and then never came back for 7 months. There is trash left all over the property (bottles of alcohol, dirty diapers, full trash bags, just left all over the property.)Avoid this place at all costs."
"I stayed there two weeks as a waste management employee, and it was a wonderful experience. I had access to the fitness room, the pool, and bbq pits. I also had a beautiful view of the lake from my room. I wish we had a complex similar in Santa Fe. I had a two bed room, two bath, living room, dinning room, wash room, open kitchen, and even a personal elevator the only took you down stairs. Again it was a great experience."
