"All about the MONEY and outward appearances. Lot rent too high for what it actually covers. On-site manager is also the exclusive realtor. “Meticulously maintained” means inspections and all the responsibility and maintenance cost is borne by the resident over and above exorbitant lot rent. No assistance or compassion in resolving issues. On the plus side, most of the residents are friendly and there is a pretty active social calendar run by the residents. Watch out for cliques."
