"We rented a tool. We were told to return the tool by a certain time. The tool was cutting off each time we tried to use it. They were closed on the 4th so we couldn't left them know about the issues. When we got there to return the tool we had to wait for several minutes before we finally interrupting to let them know we had a return. Allen was so rude that we didn't tell them about the issues. They charged us another 10.00 for a late fee for a tool that didn't work. If you want to deal with tools rent here."
