"We lived three long years at this complex, and frankly, it's been a downhill journey from the start. Initially okay, the place quickly soured as the rent skyrocketed annually with no justification. Be warned: the mandatory valet trash service is a sham. Even when abiding by their so-called 'limits,' our trash was routinely ignored, perhaps due to our third-floor residence. It seems laziness prevails here. Confronting the management is like talking to a wall. They're quick to plaster threats of fines for minor infractions but can't seem to uphold basic services. The real nightmare, however, is the location. Situated on a hectic main road, attempting to exit or enter the complex is like playing Russian roulette with your schedule — and your life, given the frequent accidents witnessed. Parking is a joke. One moment there's space; the next, you're circling like a vulture for a spot. We resorted to paying for a reserved spot, which turned out to be another layer of this ongoing scam. Unauthorized cars would squat in our spot, and the management's indifference forced us to deal with the inept tow services personally. Security is virtually non-existent. My work truck was broken into not once but twice, and the front office shrugged it off with a cold 'not our problem.' The maintenance team, while responsive, can only do so much with their band-aid solutions to ongoing issues like the frequently failing AC. Don't even get me started on the amenities. The fitness center is perpetually plundered, and package theft is a regular occurrence. I implore you, especially if you value your safety and sanity, to steer clear of this place. It's a money pit that preys on its residents. There are far better options out there that respect and value your hard-earned money and well-being"

"We just moved in two weeks ago and I am really content with the whole process ! Noelia was a GEM ! she really took the time in helping me get everything squared out she worked with my schedule and was more then understanding. She really made sure to assure me that she was invested in making my move in date possible and quick ! She replies within a couple of min . IM TELLING YOU SHE’S A GEM ! In regards to the property we love our 3/2 it’s carpeted so not our favorite thing but it’s spacious and vacuums are wonderful . There is a lot of parking available ! Trash service is great only thing is if you forget to take it out you are responsible to take your trash to the bins and not for nothing those doors are HEAVY !! The location is great . They host events through out the month we had a burger food truck come out this past week one the 1st and it was so nice !"

"I would not recommend anyone to live here at all. Trying to get out of the apartment complex is a pain being by the main road, put in the back of the building, one pool, having to pay 240 or so for just 2 people in an apartment, half the outlets not working, always having issues with trash pick up. I appreciate them getting me in as quickly as to why did, but it’s not worth it. The amount of money spent and the constant complains I had were not met. Or if they were it would be for a few weeks then back to the usual. Got tired of calling for the same issues."

"I've been holding off on this review. I moved here in january. The parking is ample. The square footage of the apartment is a little low. You may need to buy an extra cabinet or two for storage. The building staff is amazing. The front office is extremely helpful. The community events are enjoyable. The maintenance staff is super professional and very responsive. I've had the same issue since I moved in. And they've been here multiple times, trying to resolve it. The location is ideal for shopping. There's a nearby Publix, Target, Walmart, and the highway is less than a mile away. Just before I moved in I spoke to a tenant moving out. He was happy with the place. The dog park is of sufficient size to throw a stick. The path around the lake is a good half mile walk. The water in the lake is fresh, my dog loves to go swimming in it. They have kayaks available to borrow at no charge. The pool is refreshing and well-kept. They could use a few more barbecue grills. The east side of the property on the third floor open staircase is awesome for taking sunrise pictures. The west side of the property on the third floor is awesome for taking sunset pictures. Update on the dryer: they brought in an outside company to dislodge the blockage in the vent line. The dryer works great. I appreciate all the effort Management and Maintenance put into resolving my issue."
