The Park at Murano Apartment Homes

"Resided there a little over 2 years. The initial draw was they offered more than other apartment complexes for around the same price. Water included in the rent, closed in porch/balcony for our old cat to lounge, washer and dryer included within the unit, and sink garbage disposal. There was always people coming or going outside...to/from work walking their dogs, kids playing so that also reassured us it was a safer complex. The maintenance team is wonderful. Friendly guys and if they couldn't fix it by the next day, they replaced the faulty appliance soon after. Think the longest we had to wait was 2 days for a new washer. Overall location is good as well. Multi road entrances and close enough to shopping and downtown without road noise. Office staff were always friendly and helpful."

"Since I've moved in I've had a couple issues with water but the office is real good about getting somebody to my apartment right away to fix it anytime I put a request in for something to be fixed they're they're immediately to fix it for us.. I really enjoy all the employees in the office they're very sweet very nice the maintenance men are good and I love my apartment Good place to live"

"problems with shootings, bed bugs, termites, mold, dust, black water from the bathtub and washing machine. there’s now a bullet hold in my patio. we have an 18 month old and told the office all of our issues and they had plenty of excuses with no resolution to most of them. offering 6 weeks free to new people, but can’t compensate for their current residents. stay far away! not a good place and not good people."

"Water and plumbing issues! Water is shut off all the time! They still haven't fixed or replaced my screens since the hurricane over a year ago! Be careful of the poisonous toads if you have dogs"

"Added pictures of the waterfront property you will be renting . First , the property is not maintained , the property is in total chaos with a new team every 6 months. Second when there is appliance or any issues, there's either an excuse why it won't be fixed or it's rigged to work a couple months. My water came out brown for about 3 days straight. And then the ceiling collapsed and water is falling because the water heatwr was clogged with rust , but they do not answer , fire department stopped further damage , and figured out the problem, all while no answer by any of the staff. overpriced apartments with the worst incompetent managment money can buy. Stay Away"
