"We have owned here 4 years but haven't spent a ton of time here. This year we spent more time and went to pot lucks we had heard about here. The people are just so incredibly friendly and welcoming. We have made the decision to come here more often and enjoy the beautiful 23 acres, the wonderful people here and the proximity to so many restaurants, not to mention Punta Gorda.
