"My wife and I were so happy to have stayed here. Not only was the room perfect with the most comfortable bed, blankets, and pillows, but the shower was one of the best I've seen in a hotel anywhere. Everything was so clean and welcoming. One particular part of our stay that stood out was the incredible customer service that Donna provided. She informed us that she was new here and was honest about what she didn't know (which wasn't much), she went above and beyond to accommodate us and our 2 daughters, and had such a calm and kind demeanor we will definitely be staying here again!"
"The service was good, location as well. I had always wondered what this location would be like because it seemed so up and coming but I had to ask to switch rooms, mostly because of the condition of the shower yet there was no improvement in either of the rooms, both showers had NOT been cleaned and because I was so tired and had a very excited toddler with me (requested a tub was told they don’t know what rooms have what) I opted to get my own bathroom cleaner and clean the shower myself because there was NO WAY I was showering or stepping foot into that to take a shower and it was filthy. Like it hadn’t been cleaned. I understand it is “extended stay” but after the extended stayer leaves please clean the shower, the room was exceptionally clean, but the shower, not in just one but BOTH rooms was absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning."
"Sunday morning, December 31, at approximately 1:30am, the fire alarm sounded due to a guest smoking in their room. As we evacuated the building, the night desk clerk remained calm while checking on the source of the alarm. She stayed in touch with the local authorities and worked diligently to silence the alarm. She kept the guests up to date on the proceedings as they were taking place and notified us when it was safe to re-enter the building. Both I, and my wife, thanked her for her composure and professionalism during that incident. My only regret is that I did not get her name. She deserves some recognition!!!"
"We had to stay here for a night due to some issues with repairs in the house. I would say for the price and my experience with other extended stay locations while traveling on business that this location is a disappointment. The overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, the floors were sticky and it looked like it it just had a brief cleaning at best. The kitchenette was really nothing more than a counter installed hot plate and we had to request kitchen items. The back door lock was broken which meant a walk through the hotel to get back to the room and the elevator was broken for a good portion of our stay."
"This limited service property goes exceedingly far out of their way to fail to meet the most minuscule expectation of every guest at every opportunity. The extremely poor quality of management provides no leadership for its totally uncaring, disrespectful staff and is here to totally serve their own needs, and have little or no care or concern for their staff needs by establishing a subtle criteria for avoiding positive guest interaction and guest service resolution. This lack of leadership travels far above the property management to its regional leaders who demonstrate the same genuine lack of care of concern for their guests. Property leadership is often late for their shifts, calling in sick, or simply not showing up for their own shifts creating a very troubling hardship for the staff they should be leading. These actions trickle down to the genuinely uncaring staff, who take these same actions with the simple responsibility to show up for their shift. The hardship that is created resonates in an extremely toxic environment for every guest. There is no genuine hospitality evident with no desire to serve the guest or resolve guest issues. My advice, choose any other property in the area. Stay away! Oh, and the best part, for a guest who has to stay at the property and secures a monthly rate, no... The rate fluctuates weekly, and just goes up! There is no use in checking out of this property early as they will charge your credit card after you leave for the higher, nightly rate based on the nights you actually stayed. Totally not an industry standard. The online reservation system will quote rates and monthly rates, which do not match the property's rates. If you think you are getting a great monthly rate of 62.55 per night for a hotel with no amenities, expect to pay 79.79 per night for the first week, and significantly increases each week. They do not give a monthly rate and stick to it. And weekly housekeeping, don't bet on it."
