"Absolutely a charming place to staying. Blew me away with how cute and clean these suites are, and right across the street from the Peace River."
"This was a great find for us (needed a couple of night stay in North Port). Everything went very smoothly, the room was charming and was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again in the future."
"Excellent, cozy, and quiet stay. We were in Unit 7 and it and had all the creature comforts you could want in a vacation cottage. Oven and fridge worked well, bed and couch were comfortable and clean (bonus points for not having an oversized/difficult to inspect bedframe), and WiFi and a large TV with complimentary streaming services were perfect. Didn't use the AC because it was seasonably comfortable, but it operated perfectly when we entered the room. Plenty of easy to open windows with privacy shutters made it feel airy and non-claustrophobic unlike many hotels. Attention to detail was clear with easy and plentiful lighting (love the neon signage!), a fully stocked Keurig, enough dinnerware and soap, and especially the soft and high quality towels, pt, and tp. Although it was a 5 star experience, here are a few points of constructive criticism: 1) Charging a $60 cleaning fee and asking us to do all dishes and strip linens is a bit much for a place with no room service. 2) Although there was an extra thin fleece blanket provided, another heavier blanket would be nice considering there is no central/window heating and temps dropped into the mid 40s at night (we're from SoFlo and that's very cold for us!) 3) Knives desperately needed sharpening + a couple of kitchen utensils were a bit dirty. All in all, a really nice experience for a quick overnight stay and we will definitely be back for a more extended vacation. As a local Floridian, it's always nice to find quiet and homey spots that allow us to explore our wonderful state and we hope the owners continue to provide an excellent experience!"
